the cause remains under investigation. we have a developing story in roanoke park this morning where a body has been found in the trunk of a car near the sonoma state campus. it was found wrapped in a blanket inside a car parked along petaluma hill road. "today in the bay's" christie smith joins us now at the santa rosa sheriff's department with new details about the very suspicious death. good morning. >> reporter: good morning to you, laura and jon. sheriff's deputies are trying to get to the bottom of a very disturbing situation that started with an investigation of a suspicious car near sonoma state university. suspicious because of where it was parked. in the end they ended up finding a body in the trunk of a car wrapped in a blanket. they have not identified the victim or even how this person died but their investigation started around 6:30 last night with a car left in a no parking zone on petaluma hill road. a check of the license plate showed the car was tied to a

person wanted for questioning in a crime that happened on friday near santa rosa. deputies looked closer and found evidence inside that they thought my have been tied to that crime on friday. they're not revealing a lot of information on what that crime was. again they looked closer. they found that the trunk was unlocked and inside was that body wrapped in a blanket. a lieutenant says the location and the condition certainly make it a suspicious death. i do have calls into the sheriff's department as well as the coroner's office and as soon as i hear from either of them i'll let you know what they had to say. reporting live in santa rosa, christie smith, "today in the bay." lawsuits brought against pg&e by victims of that san bruno pipeline explosion may no longer be going to trial. lawyers say she has cothey have with a plan to settle remaining lawsuits within the next three months. more than 320 san bruno residents have active lawsuits against pg&e for its role in th

2010 explosion that killed eight people and destroyed an entire neighborhood. 120 other lawsuits have been settled already. san jose will soon have a temporary replacement as police chief. deputy chief larry esquivel is now the acting chief. esquivel started his career in 1984 as a san jose reserve officer. he takes over for retiring chief chris moore who leaves his post on friday. tonight the oakland city council deciding whether to hire high profile police consultant william bratton. a proposal is on the books to hire bratton on $150,000 contract. he's the former chief of police in new york city and los angeles and he's known for the zero tolerance police strategy including gang injunctions, curfews and no loitering laws. he's also known for new york's stop and frisk policy. a policy which a federal judge just last week declared a violation of civil rights. certainly brisk out there

this morning. you mentioned our fifth day of subfreezing temperatures. when do we get a break? >> i think we'll start to get a break thursday, friday morning. tomorrow looking just as cold. i want to put things into perspective. it could be colder. coldest morning ever. five degrees away from this yesterday in gilroy. 18 degrees. that was january 15th, 1963. warmest january day for gilroy, 79 degrees back in 2009. i want to put this in perspective for you. today frosty start near record lows by the end of the week into the weekend temperatures climbing potentially into the 70s. it depends on how strong this big ridge of high pressure ends up. 29 degrees in livermore to start. 26 degrees and dropping in gilroy. 32 in santa cruz. by noon as you break for lunch, temperatures on the mild side. 47 degrees in fairfield. that was our high yesterday in places like concord. so today you'll notice that warmup about three to six degrees warmer in most cases. 57 degrees in san jose. 57 in fremont.

might even be able to ditch the jacket later on. you can ditch it come this weekend. seven-day forecast tells all in our next report. let's check the drive with mike. >> traffic tuesday. we're seeing the kick in here at the bay bridge toll plaza. the backup in the cash lanes fastrak lanes will follow closely as they turn metering lights on in the next few minutes. let me show you the incline. we did have a crash reported on treasure island approach and through the tunnel they cleared those vehicles over toward an older off ramp there. that's cleared the freeway itself. we do see traffic flowing smoothly with taillights up the incline and over toward the city. look at that congestion. we'll look at the maps on the approach. more company. we'll see speeds start to dip. over toward the carquinez bridge, 680 and 80 in commute direction all right. slowing into crockett out of the north bay from vallejo. also heading over toward vallejo we are looking at the fire that jon told you about. this is at jackson off

interstate 80 in crockett and this may have activity if there are flames visible from the freeway that could cause a distraction. local traffic control but we continue to follow that at the news desk and the traffic center. back to you. a san francisco lawmaker wants the city to be home to the very first airport to honor an openly gayperson. bob redell is now live at what's known as sfo this morning with a look at the icon the airport could one day be named after. bob, good morning. >> reporter: good morning to you, jon. that sign behind me, san francisco international, could some day read something along the lines of harvey milk international. that would make sfo the first airport in the world to be named after an openly gay person. later today david compost will propose legislation to rename the airport after milk. milk was a san francisco supervisor and also a leader in the gay rights movement.

he was assassinated inside city hall in 1978. putting milk's name on the airport would be a milestone because sfo serves roughly 68 countries where it is illegal to be homosexual. the name change would in his words give young gay people the greenlight to authenticity. >> i don't care either way. i'll fly here or wherever. doesn't matter the name. >> we're french and we're from quebec. >> you don't know who he is? never heard of him? >> no. >> reporter: so not everyone knows who harvey milk is but they are also not local in spite of the fact that he's arguably a global name. the vote could take place as soon as the end of this month requiring compost and five of his colleagues on the board to pass. reporting live here at sfo, bob redell, "today in the bay." 6:07. it's a social media mystery that should be solved later this

welcome back. a live look over san francisco. clear but also very cold. good news on the horizon. christina loren says it will get sunny today and it will warm up. hang in there and dress accordingly for the morning start. it's 6:11. what's on the horizon for lance armstrong? the justice department now likely to join a lawsuit filed against armstrong by former teammate floyd landis. the lawsuit alleges that armstrong defrauded the u.s. government based on years of denying use of performance enhancing drugs. u.s. postal service was a longtime sponsor of armstrong's racing career. the deadline for the department

to join that case is thursday. in the meantime, armstrong reportedly has admitted to using performance enhancing drugs during an interview with oprah winfrey. after the taped interview, wit was tweeted out that more than 2 and a half hours with lance armstrong. he came ready. lindsay lohan spent more time in court than movies lately. today a scheduled case against ms. lohan accused of lying to police after her porsche slammed into the back of a dump drunk back in june. her lawyer would enter a plea on her behalf. the 26 year old remains on probation for a 2011 necklace theft case. a man convicted of crimes tied to the mafia claimed jimmy ha hoffa is buried in suburban

detroit. hoffa disappeared in 1975. he tells the sister station in new york he was informed about his whereabouts after his release. no exact location has been disclosed. time for a quick check on the day's top stories. santa rosa sheriff's department investigating how a dead body wound up in the trunk of a car parked near sonoma state university campus in roanoke park. the car is linked to a person investigators are trying to question about a crime reported friday. and abandoned house on fire on a pier along the waterfront near the carquinez bridge. firefighters in crockett say the structure is at least 100 years old. governor jerry brown will speak at a ceremony at san jose state this morning. san jose state developing a pilot program to make online courses available to students. this marks the governor's first visit to the south bay since he unveiled what could be california's first balanced budget in years. that online course you just mentioned there could bring

costs down for college students. >> that's right. scott mcgrew says help make freshman better freshman. >> this is big news. keep in mind the csu system is the biggest in the world and schools like san jose state have found kids are coming from area high schools with a high school diploma but not at all ready for college. this program is teaming san jose state with a company that will bring remedial courses to san jose state students, community college students and even some high school students in the hopes of getting them better prepared. now, in the future the system could be used for many different courses. hopefully bringing the cost of college down. online college courses have been around for quite some time mostly for fun or self-improvement or attempt by schools to spread knowledge around the world. not as a way to make college better and cheaper. not everyone is supportive. some professors expressing concern in "the new york times" this morning saying they are

uneasy with outsiders becoming part the school curriculum. now in theory a credit downgrade should do to the u.s. what it would do to you as a person. make it harder, more expensive to borrow money. in actuality it doesn't for washington. borrowing money got cheaper as our credit rating fell. when people worry they take money out of the stock market and put it into government bonds and lend it to the government. more money available to washington makes it cheaper for them to get. ironically it works exactly the opposite as it does for you and me. >> exactly. >> never an easy ride. thank you. we continue to follow breaking news this morning out of crockett for you where an abandoned house is on fire along the waterfront very close to the carquinez bridge. we have a battalion chief on the phone with us now.

good morning. thank you for taking time to join us. what do you know about this fire and how it started? >> the cause of the fire is under investigation. so we're unaware of how it started. the fire itself was reported a little after 3:00 in the morning. our first crews arrived at scene. it is an old abandoned pier with a structure on it that experienced a fire several years ago. there was significant fire. our crews began to fight the fire. we've had difficulty gaining access to parts of the fire particularly underneath the pier. a fireboat has been brought in and is currently applying water to the underneath part of the pier and making progress. >> you are still actively fighting that fire right now? >> that's correct. we're fighting the fire from the water side using a fireboat from

the contra costa fire protection district. >> you mentioned of a structure about a 100 years old. any threat to other buildings and have there been any injuries? >> no injuries. no buildings in the immediate vicinity. our initial precautions were to look for burning material that might float west of the structure and get underneath sugar refinery. the refinery is nearby and close enough for burning material to float underneath. so they have been notified and we have been able to prevent any of that from happening. >> does that threat still remain then to the refinery itself? >> it's about 200 yards from the refinery. some burning material has made it well out into the water. the timbers are heavy and they are coated with a preservative

so they can burn for quite a distance. >> okay. we're taking a look at the pictures that we have from the scene as well. it just looks like so widespread. it could be a distraction we should note to people driving along 80 corridor there near the carquinez bridge. we'll let you get back at it this morning. any belief this could be arson related or anything? do you have a crew coming out to investigate that? >> the fire will be investigated. it is suspicious since there are no obvious sources of ignition. there's no electricity or anything of that nature out on the pier. >> okay. we'll let you get back at it. thank you so much for taking the time to join us this morning. certainly breaking news that we'll continue to follow this morning. >> tough task they say because it's on the pier for the firefighters to even get to it. we'll see how they get that one out. let's talk about just how cold it is and how soon we'll warm up. >> very cold. part of the reason it's so cold is because we don't have very much wind out there to tell you about which is good news because

you could see the flames fanned by the gusty winds. not so much the case this morning. winds are light. cold, dense air settling to the surface. 37 in san francisco. and 26 degrees in gilroy and dropping throughout the next couple hours. through 9:00 a.m. we do have a freeze warning in place for the interior valleys of the north bay, east bay and south bay. temperatures will be in the 20s and 30s. cold enough to kill sensitive plants. bring those in. i think by thursday, friday morning you'll be okay leaving them outdoors without a frost or freeze advisory in place. high pressure will dominate for today. that means plenty of sunshine. temperatures touching on their seasonal averages and then that warmup continues well into next week and looks like this weekend is going to be perfect for outdoor activities. one more cold day to get through. this is average for time of year. 60s tomorrow. close to 60s today in san jose at 57. 58 in santa cruz.

want to walk you through your seven-day forecast. as we get through the next couple days, temperatures climb like a ladder. we'll be at 56 degrees today. 59 in linden. 62 degrees by thursday. we keep on warming you up friday into saturday up to 68 degrees like i said before we could get a little bit the shower activity on monday into tuesday. if this storm system does not move onshore, however, we keep on climbing in temperature. it will bring a stray shower or two 20 the north bay and break our warming spell. looking good for a warm up as we finish out the month of january. let's look at the drive. good morning, mike. >> look at those temperatures almost three-degree increments. over here we're looking at the south bay. 101 showing a better speed right now. we expect that second burst of traffic to kick in in the next five minutes. 87 slowing. more volume of traffic coming through the area and south 880 that construction crew should be clearing over the next half hour through the area. i'll let you know if there is anything that causes delays.

right now smoother drive over toward the dublin interchange but look at this traffic coming out of the altamont past through li livermore. speeds into the 40s and no problem once you get to pleasanton into sunol. a live look outside. smooth flow of traffic but we're building volume over from the peninsula high rise and eastbound direction of 92. not a problem approaching hayward. westbound side showing a big volume of traffic and that's what's causing slowing heading toward the toll plaza off of 880 itself. we also have slowing on mission boulevard heading up toward foothill. no major concerns for freeways themselves. here's the bay bridge toll plaza. metering lights turned on. backup formed back to the 880 over crossing and continuing to push back toward the berkeley curve not yet quite there. a look at the east shore freeway coming through berkeley here under university avenue. this good volume of traffic more backup at the toll plaza. slowing before you get here through richmond and just off east 80 is the opposite direction where laura told you about the fire and crockett still not causing slowdowns for

the folks heading toward the carquinez bridge but we'll track that aspect as well. back to you. >> thanks, mike. updating a story we've been telling you about this morning. power is back on in a neighborhood after this big tree goes crashing down on that home. the tree knocked down a power pole leaving about 30 people without power overnight. that tree destroyed an entire second floor of the house that it hit. the good news here thankfully nobody was hurt. pg&e says the power has been restored and a lot of happy people out there to have that back on. >> can you imagine hearing that thing come down. >> seeing and feeling. no. come on sharks hitting the ice and fans back in their seats. we'll tell you how you can score tickets just ahead.

a very good tuesday morning, everybody. thank you for joining us. i'm jon kelley. >> i'm laura garcia-cannon. we continue to following breaking news this morning out of crockett where an abandoned building is on fire on a pier along the water near the carquinez bridge. we just got off the phone with the battalion chief on scene. he says they are fighting that fire from the water to keep burning material from burning away from the pier. that fire is suspicious because the building is abandoned and they can't find an obvious source. luckily no one has injured but they are still out there this morning actively fighting it. also developing story in roanoke park where the santa rosa sheriff's department is right now investigating how a dead body wound up in the trunk of a car parked near the sonoma state campus for the university there. the car being linked to a person that they are investigating and trying to question about a crime that was reported friday. "today in the bay's" christie smith is there gathering more information about this and will have details coming up on this

case and a live report coming up in just a few moments. we are just hours away from a new status update from facebook. this morning the social media joint is announcing its next big move. business and tech reporter scott mcgrew live in our studio but we begin with marla tellez live in front of facebook headquarters in menlo park. you did find a little clue this morning. >> reporter: yeah, that's right. we are wondering if facebook is giving us a hint with its logo right outside its menlo park headquarters. take a look for yourself. does this look different to you? it should. it's a finger pointing off into the distance. ever since facebook has moved here, that logo right there has been its very popular like symbol. of course we all know that's a thumb's up. it's been the thumb's up out there. is facebook trying to give us a hint? we did heavy duty researching here and we found that finger is pointing southeast. what's southeast of here? mountain view. what's in mountain view? google.

the announcement very well could be something that's going to give google a run for its money. that's not totally out of the question at all. many tech experts including our scott mcgrew think it's something search related. both ceo mark zuckerberg and ceo cheryl sandburg talked about potential of search within. could wee see a search engine? it facebook launches a facebook search engine it could produce $5 billion in annual revenues and facebook has got better at making money. the big announcement is scheduled for 10:00 this morning. we'll have a crew here to bring you the latest. that's what we think is going to be the other option and other ideas being tossed around. >> i think your analysis is just right by the way. let's throw out two other ideas. just for fun. we don't think facebook is going

to announce a facebook phone. this has been rumored for years. it's a dumb idea. it's a rumor that just won't go away. that's what it isn't. what investors probably wish it was is revolutionary new mobile advertising system that solves all of facebook's advertising problems. remember, facebook faces trouble as more and more people leave their pcs in favor of smartphones and ipads and this is where facebook has trouble advertising. again, i think marla is right. i think we'll see some sort of new search function coming out of facebook. what frustrates me is when a friend mentions a restaurant three days ago and it's not there. >> more importantly why haven't you invited me. >> maybe it was you. >> i'll invite you, my friend. thank you. 6:33 right now. christina loren is here right now free of charge with a beautiful weather forecast. >> no reservations needed.

>> taking a live look over san jose. crystal clear start. look at this. a cloud comprised of ice crystals this morning. we need cloud cover as we accumulate more and more each morning temperatures will feel more and more comfortable. 20s and 30s. headed toward 50s by noon today. and then we round out the day in the mid to upper 50s. it's going to be comfortable. warmest time of the day this time of year is right about 3:30 into 4:00. if you want to get outside without having the heavy coat, that's your time frame to do so. 57 degrees in san jose today. 57 in los gatos. 57 in beautiful san francisco. if you want warmer weather, if you have been meaning to hit the beach, take your dog for a walk where it's more comfortable outside. you'll be able to do so in the coming days. up to 70 degrees into the weekend. 6:34. traffic tuesday. good morning, mike. >> good morning. traffic tuesday it is. right here we have the lights to prove it. the headlights waiting at the metering lights at the bay bridge toll plaza. the backup continues to build going back in toward the maze

but not a big surprise for folks heading through the area. let me show you another shout out there and show you what we're talking about for oakland north 880 with taillights pass the coliseum and into downtown. southbound also moving smoothly. both directions starting to slow a bit because of volume of traffic. still close to 60 through this area. farther south we see the slowdown occurs here. hayward down toward the san mateo bridge toward 880 continuing down toward union city and maybe slowing heading over toward the dumbarton bridge toll plaza. there is your build with red coming across the screen right to left. westbound 580 slowing to dublin interchange. now build is on. pleasanton into sunol for south 680 continuing through the sunol grade into the south bay approach into fremont. a live look outside shows you also what things are like for san jose itself. a smooth drive right now. you get more company. we do have a flow of traffic picking up here as well. we'll show you the rest of the commute coming up. back to you. >> thank you very much.

christie smith joins us with details about this suspicious death. >> reporter: good morning to you. this is a disturbing discovery and she said right near sonoma state university it started when investigators started looking into a suspicious car. it was suspicious because of where it was parked. at the end of their investigation just a short time later they got into the trunk of that car and found a body inside wrapped in a blanket. how the person died and the person's identity still have not been released but it started monday evening around 6:30. a deputy saw the car parked in a no parking zone. the check of the license plate shows the car was wanted for questioning in another crime in santa rosa on friday. the deputy saw evidence in that car that might be linked to that crime in santa rosa. looked a little further and saw that the trunk was unlocked

as we head throughout wednesday into thursday, we'll jump from upper 50s and low 60s to the mid 60s. and then we'll hit the upper 60s by saturday. unseasonably warm and i'm not even being as generous as i could. we'll see how the big ridge of high pressure makes an impact. starting today if we hit 60 degrees in places like gilroy, it's possible not likely an indication of warmer temperatures than what you see on your seven-day forecast. we'll keep you updated. 6:46. check your drive. traffic tuesday. >> it is traffic tuesday. here's why we call it that. the volume of traffic heavier than any other day of the week on a typical schedule. it's the case here at the toll plaza and in many of your major commute spots. we see the backup. we get a break on the cash lanes all of the way over to the right but that will fill in once again as traffic flow resumes coming off 880 over crossing. we'll show you the map. the approach through the maze west 80 is your commute direction on the east shore freeway. slowing out of richmond and all of the way down to the berkeley curve in emeryville.

north 880 and west 580 starting to build with volume. here's caldecott tunnel. slowing toward the oakland side. we show you also the carquinez bridge. crockett as we approach the bridge we want to watch out because of that fire that laura told us about over here. there's traffic control because firefighters still battling that on land. mostly over the water now. there may be a distraction as sun comes up and you may be able to see the smoke as it remains and there could be a distraction but east 80 into the north bay is moving smoothly. just that surface street that you have to watch out for if that's where you work there will be traffic control nearby. we're looking at south 242 and south 680 toward walnut creek picking up volume over the last ten minutes. kicking in right here near the walnut creek interchange. also the dublin interchange getting love coming in from

livermore head in toward sunol for slowing right there through pleasanton down toward the golf course. clearing by fremont but heading into fremont for 880 a slow drive as well. south 880 from hayward down to union city and into fremont for that volume of traffic so surely south bay will get hit with more commuters coming into the area. this is what we see. north 101 from capital up toward the airport. 87, 85, all hitting hard over the last ten minutes and now 280 starts to show the slowdown as volume just builds right here. we'll end with a look at the peninsula. palo alto where we are also getting the build for north 101. no major problems. a smooth drive. more headlights coming southbound as well. both directions of the bay shore getting more company still close to the limit between san francisco and the peninsula. back to you. >> all right. thank you, mike. 6:48. we now know the chemical that sickened 13 people at the san jose hilton over the weekend was pepper spray. the hotel's general manager tells the bay area news group a housekeeper saw a person leaving

the hallway and noticed the odor. by the time the housekeeper linked the person to the smell, the person was already gone. the hotel manager says it was a random act and the motive is a miystery mystery. police sharing this photo of a suspect behind an attack on a 31-year-old woman. she says he slammed her head to the concrete pavement while trying to rape her. police say the woman did scream out for help and that suspect ultimately ran away. the pilot of a tanker ship changed course last minute before hitting a tower at the bay bridge. the bay area news group says the move was risky. fog, a faulty beacon and those dangerous currents also appear to have contributed to that crash. law enforcement agencies are buying back guns and it's happening all over marin county. the county will pay $200 for semiautomatic guns and $100 for all over guns as long as those weapons are still working.

the buyback is taking place at five different locations. the novato police department, st. andrew's church in marin city, san rafael police department and the substation. each of those locations you can drop off guns between 11:00 this morning and 8:00 tonight. the movie theater in colorado where 12 people died in a shooting spree is set to reopen thursday. today survivors and family members of the victims will be able to tour the century 16 theater. the theater has since been renovated since the shooting rampage happened july 12th. the theater will now be called century aurora. new york city is about to have the country's strictest gun laws. the state assembly expected to approve a gun bill that would ban internet sales of assault weapons. the bill also requires doctors to report mentally ill patients who make credible threats to carry out gun violence. today congress will get to

work on an aid bill that would provide $51 billion in disaster relief for victims of hurricane sandy. a vote is expected by the day's end but its prospects are uncertain. conservative republicans say it would add to the nation's growing debt. new this morning, a san francisco lawmaker wants the city to be home to the first airport to honor an openly gay person. "today in the bay's" bob redell is live at what's now known as sfo this morning with a look at the icon the airport could be one day named after. >> reporter: good morning. san francisco international could some day have a couple of those days replaced with harvey milk. the name harvey milk. later today s.f. supervisor david compost will proposal legislation to rename the airport after milk. milk himself was once a san francisco supervisor. a leader in the gay rights movement. he was assassinated inside san

francisco city hall in 1978. putting milk's name on the airport would be a milestone because as his nephew points out, sfo serves 68 countries where it is illegal to be homosexual. the name change would in his words give young gay people the green light to authenticity. >> this would make this airport the first one in the world to be named after someone who is openly gay. >> hopefully it's more than just being openly gay but what he stood for and work that he did. you could have openly straight people and would you want to name an airport after them? it's looking at more than just that. >> i don't know. i prefer sfo just because san francisco. i know i'm flying into san francisco as opposed to oakland or san jose. it's more of a location for me as opposed to naming it after someone. >> reporter: the vote on the name change could take place as soon as the end of this month. supervisor compost would need five of his colleagues to go along for that to pass.

reporting live at sfo, bob redell, "today in the bay." thanks a lot, bob. halfway around the world, snow right now forcing some 3,400 travelers to spend the night the tokyo's international airport. airlines had to cancel more than 70 flights. this is the season's very first snowfall in tokyo which also has caused train delays. the new tokyo to san jose service on that 787 just launched last week has not been affected so far. the flight doesn't operate tuesdays or thursdays. facebook is set to make a big announcement this morning at 10:00. >> scott mcgrew questioning the timing of all this. >> good morning to you. we are in the middle of what we call the reporting season, jon. facebook will report profits at the end of the month. and normally companies don't make big announcements ahead of their financial reports. facebook stock is down just a penny or two this morning. it's been on a steady climb over the last six months. the highest generally it's been since last september.

now marla tellez is actually out at facebook waiting on the meeting this morning. marla, one visible change out there, they changed the sign. >> reporter: yeah. i have done several live reports out here as you have right in front of their menlo park headquarters. it's always been the typical sign that we all recognize to be facebook. the thumbs up like symbol. it's now a finger pointing off in the distance. that happens to be in the southeast direction kind of toward mountain view where google lives. is this a hint and sign of what they will announce in a few hours? there are several ideas being tossed around. all of it is speculation at this point. one thing is almost certain and that is that it is not going to be a facebook phone it mark zuckerberg putting that rumor to past this past fall when he said he's not building a phone. so tech experts say it could be interesting new ways to advertise on facebook in the mobile realm. the company has been working on

bridge fire. the structure was on the pier. set to be about a hundred years old. abandoned. no one has been hurt. firefighters say embers from the fire are very heavy and covered with material that continues to burn as the pieces actually float near glen cove. something we're keeping an eye on this morning. coca-cola is keeping an eye on two tv ads looking at the link between high calorie sugary drinks and obesity. the world's number one beverage maker says the ads are part of a larger campaign to fight obesity. the ads promote coke's growing line of low calorie and no calorie drinks and notice the obesity epidemic is fueled by several food choices and not just soda. critics say the ads are coke's attempt to head of growing criticism of its classic soda. >> drinks with lots of sugar tough sell on the diet front. >> thanks for joining us this morning. we'll be back with a local news update at about 7:25.
